If I could audit ONE part of your Skool community, what would you want me to fix? 👀
I’m building out Skool Unlocked 🔓 for Level 6 and I want this to be based on what you’re actually struggling with. Pick ONE 🔥 A. WHY ISN’T IT GROWING? What could be stopping the right people from finding and joining your community? 💰 B. WHY AREN’T PEOPLE BUYING? What could be stopping free members from becoming paying customers? 👀 C. WHAT AM I MISSING? A full community audit. About page, setup, content, engagement, offers… what would I change if it were mine? Drop A, B, or C or something else below. 👇🏽 I’m using your answers to help decide what goes inside Level 6: Skool Unlocked. 🔓 And I’ve got a pretty cool AI tool going in there with it. 😏

Something else: I’d want an audit of the free-to-paid member experience — specifically, whether free members clearly understand what they get now, what changes when they upgrade, and whether the paid experience feels meaningfully different enough to justify taking that next step. I’m less interested in “sales tactics” and more interested in whether the member journey itself is making the value difference obvious. 👀

@Jennifer Turner I will double check and make sure everything is extremely easy to follow. Thank you.
NEW PROBLEM = NEW PRIORITY? 🧭
When you’re building alone, every new problem, idea, opportunity, and piece of feedback can feel like a reason to change direction. That’s how you end up constantly reacting instead of intentionally moving your business forward. Business Navigation gives you a way to decide what actually deserves your attention now — and what doesn’t. Inside The Guild, we work from: 🧭 Current Position 🧭 Current Priority 🧭 Why This Now 🧭 Not Yet 🧭 Next Action So something new entering the business doesn’t automatically get to hijack the plan. You can be doing genuinely good work and still not be working on what your business needs most right now. Maybe you’re: • rewriting an offer when discovery is the real problem • creating more content when attention isn’t converting • building systems before there’s enough demand • improving something because good advice told you to—even though it isn’t your current bottleneck The work isn’t necessarily wrong. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗺𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗯𝗲. That’s why I created the free 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗮𝘀𝘀 𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗰𝗸. It helps you sort out: 🧭 Current Priority 🧭 Why This Now 🧭 Not Yet 🧭 Next Action Because sometimes the most useful decision isn’t finding another thing to do. It’s knowing which perfectly good things can wait. 𝗙𝗥𝗘𝗘 𝗖𝗢𝗠𝗣𝗔𝗦𝗦 𝗖𝗛𝗘𝗖𝗞: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSfqe2B8NgIMa60H5HhDKeFCLHUqmemIjdocctunQwRCrNbbhw/viewform?usp=publish-editor 🤍

@Deleted I definitely will. Regardless I would like to get to know more about you. I cherish any opportunity I get, to know someone with a similar passion to mine.

@Nikkie Burns I have no doubt that’s exactly what will happen. I understand pouring your all into something and just praying that other people see what you do in it. I’m going through it myself with my own community. By the response you got in here and what I’ve seen of you around the platforms, you got this! People already see the value and they will continue too. I’m over here clapping for you and your success!!!! 👏👏👏👏👏
