📲 Skool Notifications
Our community generates 800-1500 Daily Activities a day. 📍𝗠𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘇𝗲𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗻𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀. If it's getting to be too much: 1. Turn off email notifications. 2. Reduce them to weekly 3. Pick two days a week to come into the community (versus swearing off of it!!) Drop me a 🔥 if this is helpful

This is helpful. I think a lot of people leave communities because the notification volume starts feeling like another obligation instead of adjusting how they interact with the space. Picking specific days to check in is such a practical middle ground — you can stay connected without letting the community compete with everything else you’re already managing. 🤍

@Emily Dawn The biggest difference has been continuity across a complex build. I can give AI the actual operating context for The Guild — what we’ve already decided, what’s being tested, what’s intentionally Not Yet, and what evidence we’re waiting for — and use it to help me make the next decision without reopening everything from scratch. Before that, I could still brainstorm with AI, but I was spending a lot more time re-explaining the business and filtering out suggestions that ignored decisions we’d already made. Better context turned it from “idea generator” into something much closer to a working strategic partner. 🤍

@Emily Dawn Exactly. That continuity is what makes the tool genuinely useful for me instead of just helpful in isolated moments. Once it understands the larger system, the quality of the decisions gets so much better. 🤍
🤖 What AI-related thing are you working on right now?
Maybe you’re building something new, learning a tool, automating a process, creating content or finally tackling that AI project you’ve had sitting on your list. Drop it below! 👇 I’d love to see what everyone is working on and maybe we can swap ideas, help each other out or even find some fun ways to collaborate. 😊

@Charity Hendrix That sounds like a really practical use of AI. Getting the spreadsheet structure and SOP format right once could save you a ton of repeated setup later. I love anything that saves me time.🤍

@Emily Dawn So far, the biggest thing I’ve learned is that people don’t necessarily need more options — they need help narrowing the right ones. I’m also learning that the friction points matter just as much as the “wins,” because they show me where the experience still needs to get clearer. 🤍

Before the year is over, I’d love to get The Guild and the Founder Navigation System through real Builder testing and have clear evidence that the experience is genuinely helping people know what matters next in their business. 🤍

@Emily Dawn I’m most hoping to learn where the experience actually helps and where it breaks down in real use — what feels clear, what creates friction, what people skip, and whether it genuinely helps them identify the right priority and next step for their business. That evidence is what I want before I build anything else around it. 🤍

@Sheryl Brown Building my NEXT” is such a good way to put it. I also really relate to being a lifelong learner and reaching the point where learning has to turn into building. I love that your focus is helping people see their gifts and possibilities — that kind of clarity can change everything. 🤍
