Finding loads for the more difficult.
I have a 26ft box truck, dock to dock only. He wants to stay within 150 mile radius of home. There's nothing on load boards for him. I have been calling and emailing shippers. It's hard to even get to the right person, but even then I'm hitting brick walls. Any advice on the right shippers, warehouses, manufacturers to contact would be greatly appreciated.

Location is upstate South Carolina. Driver is very specific about being home with his family at night so the radius is strict. The lift gate is not an option as his equipment just doesn't have one. Ideal lanes are Greenville to Columbia or Charlotte. Also, Augusta and Atlanta are within his radius. He is willing to go as far as Charleston if the money makes sense. Thanks so much to all of you, every little lead helps.

New to Dispatch. My Husband started his trucking business from ground up a little over a year ago....now it's my turn. I understand a lot about trucking but equally need to learn. I am confident in my ability to book loads. My biggest question is what software to use or how to go about setting up airtable?
