Introduce yourself! 👋 I'm here to introduce to the world a tragically misunderstood disorder. Borderlines aren't dramatic. Or manipulative. The behaviors seen in BPD are physiological and emotional symptoms of the condition. Thats it. Brain science. Some people are wired for emotion, re- wire for focus, flow and freedom.

My name is Jennifer. I'm 47, I am passionate about all things BPD, and removing stigma from this misunderstood equation. I am homeless; living in a truck with my pets, and I am currently hyper focused on somehow, someday, creating and belonging to a community full of souls that know, souls full of compassion. Souls on fire to scrub clean the minds that have been misinformed about BPD. Since we are not the government, that is beyond our level of expertise, so we will just have to gently reframe the narrative to align with the essence of a borderlines truth. Mad love, j
Not Manipulative: The Movement
Hello everyone! Not Manipulative is a space for people who have been misunderstood for feeling deeply. It’s for those who were taught to question their emotions instead of listening to them. For those who learned to over-explain, over-apologize, or stay silent just to keep the peace. This movement exists to create language for experiences that were never given words — especially for people navigating trauma, emotional sensitivity, or BPD. Here, we don’t shame emotions. We don’t minimize reactions. We don’t pathologize survival. Instead, we honor self-awareness, emotional honesty, and the quiet strength it takes to choose yourself in a world that often tells you not to. Not Manipulative isn’t about fixing yourself. It’s about remembering who you were before you were taught to disappear. This space is for: people learning to trust themselves again people redefining boundaries without guilt people choosing calm over chaos people healing out loud, softly, bravely You don’t have to perform here. You don’t have to justify your pain. You don’t have to explain your worth. You’re already enough. You always were.
