Hey Old Dawgs 👋 I’m Jen Martinez, but most people call me JMar. I’ve been here a minute and realized I never shared why I’m part of this crew. I was introduced to Lean by @L.r. Weeden , who invited me to last year’s Arlington conference. That’s where I found Old Dawgs and instantly knew I’d found my people. I work alongside builders, superintendents, Lean practitioners, safety, EHS, and emergency response leaders solving a growing problem impacting the majority of our workforce every day: depletion, commonly mislabeled as dehydration. Most people are programmed to believe that drinking water solves dehydration. It doesn’t. OLD DAWGS!! Good Morning! Several folks have reached out, curious about presenting at The Lean Construction Institute. They just released the call for abstracts.
