Good evening Old Dawgs, I am excited to announce that my curriculum has been accepted at the Houston Electrical JATC. I begin teaching Foundational Leadership Development to the first year apprentices this coming spring, then incorporate all year levels next school year. Houston ISD has also reached out to me and wants to have a face to face meeting with administrators about bringing in Tour de Trades as a partner program. Old Dawg Builder's Community has been an amazing resource for me and I'm hoping to be able to contribute more to this organization. Have a Blessed week!

Hey Old Dawgs 👋 I’m Jen Martinez, but most people call me JMar. I’ve been here a minute and realized I never shared why I’m part of this crew. I was introduced to Lean by @L.r. Weeden , who invited me to last year’s Arlington conference. That’s where I found Old Dawgs and instantly knew I’d found my people. I work alongside builders, superintendents, Lean practitioners, safety, EHS, and emergency response leaders solving a growing problem impacting the majority of our workforce every day: depletion, commonly mislabeled as dehydration. Most people are programmed to believe that drinking water solves dehydration. It doesn’t.
