Honestly, this is an area where I struggle. I have not had much of an appetite as of late so meal planning has been a little difficult. I know I need to get a good plan in place. Nothing sounds good though. And I tend to just graze throughout the day. I would love any suggestions or recommendations

@Anna Leverents isn’t it funny how there are some things we have to unlearn so we can do better? I definitely try to only eat when I’m hungry. Right now I’ve been doing little salads here and there. Right now I buy the premade bags of them at the store. I want to find some better ways to eat though. I will say, it is a day that I eat before noon. Even my children are Not eating until maybe 11 AM. Most days we are around the house. Homeschooling and working from home it’s so much easier to relax, and I think be aware of what our body needs and when.
