My Office verse of the week.
Verse of the week: 1 PETER 4:8 - "Above all, love each other deeply, because love covers over a multitude of sins." Meaning - We must love others strongly. Love helps us forgive mistakes. My take - Loving one another and following the word of the lord with help forgive our mistakes and help lead more people to the lord. As well as no longer sinning ourselves. What do you guys think?

Prayer Request Monday — you can set it down here 🙏
New week. Whatever you're carrying into it, you don't have to carry it quietly. 🙏 Name it below — as much or as little as you want to say. 🤍 And while you're here, scroll down and pray over two other people's. Every single one gets prayed over. That's the promise and it hasn't broken yet 👇

Bible Verse
New here my name is Jennifer. So, kind of funny thing I do every Monday when I come into my office I google bible verse of the week. And I do one for the month too. And I post it around my office. This week is Psalm 27:14: "Wait for the Lord; be strong and take heart and wait for the Lord."

@Tricia Williamson It helps me on a very stressful day. And has been planting the seeds in ours too.

@Jillian Davis this week my coworker, we had a talk about it. she goes I see what you are doing here. and our boss laughed and said she is just planting seeds. We like flowers here. She struggles with her faith, but she did tell me she would like to go to church with me sometime.
The Boiling Pot
In my devotional today I read something that spoke to me as if I wrote it myself. “What pots are boiling out of control in your life? We all have different things going on and in these times they are amplified. Which leads me to the next thing I read. “Regardless of your situation, you can trust this principle: whatever brings you to your knees in weakness carries the greatest potential for your personal success and Spiritual victory.” Read that again and soak it in. We tend to forget that the Lord is there guiding us and lets trials and seasons happen to strengthen us. For whatever what may lie ahead. Sometimes this is so we can help others. Or it may be so we know how to handle things that are thrown are way. In order to grow and have spiritual awareness and strength those pots will keep boiling. Yet we do not have to deal with the heat alone. Surrender your weakness and let the Lord help strengthen you.

@Jillian Davis being overwhelmed with my family. I am divorced from my children father, and our two children are having a hard time with their father right now and I can't fix it. I don't know what to do. After seeing my son cry last night, I hugged him told him I loved him and when he went to bed last night, I hit my knees and prayed, cried and prayed some more. And prayed again this morning. His father called shortly after commenting on this and I think his finally around the bend. I just pray in Jesus's name he stops drinking all together and can be the father my children need and deserve. God is GREAT!
Struggling
I’ve never posted on here before so here it goes. I’ve been really struggling. My husband and I have been fighting a lot. He’s just been so angry lately so absorbed by everything going on in the world and stressed from work in building our own business. I know he’s going through something and I’m trying to love him through it. He’s just so short fused and gets upset about everything. He just has an angry irritated since about him all the time even when I say things in a loving way, just trying to speak truth to him he doesn’t seem to listen. He’s pulling away from God even said today that he doesn’t believe anything in these Bibles because they have been rewritten and things have been taken out. He’s starting to question everything and says he’s a horrible leader and obviously doesn’t know how to lead this family. When I try to speak truth and point him to God and point him to other Christian men for guidance he refuses. He thinks that God is telling him to get angry with family and opening his eyes to people’s true colors, and I just tried to speak truth and he won’t listen to me. Now it’s to the point where I feel like he’s questioning everything he doesn’t even pay attention in church anymore he’s completely distracted, and it is caused me to be so depressed and miserable. Don’t know how to hold this family together. We have five kids, and I feel like it’s filling them with confusion because of all the stuff he says in front of them. I just don’t know what to do.
