This is a great reminder and man, I have been working on this "letting it go" this week a lot more than usual! I will be stronger on the other side once it's gone!!! The weight of carrying it is not serving me or anyone else.

Hey everyone! I am excited to be here and looking forward to this journey continuing to unfold. I have been working on my personal growth for over 6 years and I'm always looking to evolve and become better than I was yesterday. I am a co-parent to my daughter and a single mother to my son and we live in New Hampshire. I have been and will continue to embark on being the best version of myself for not only me, but for my children and showing them that if you want something, it takes grit, handwork, determination, and dedication to stay committed to your goal. I had worked in the corporate world for over 20 years and after 2 lay offs, I decided to leave the corporate world behind. I am currently working fulltime as an office manager/administrator in my town in a small office, however my goal is to be working 100% of the time in my own coaching business that I started 3 years ago. I have had to put my business on hold when my daughter was injured in a motorcycle accident with my ex-husband and that's partly why I took the fulltime position I'm currently in. I love the coaching, speaking, and writing, and that is where my true desire lies. I love working with my clients to see their transformations. I help my clients gain clarity, confidence, self-awareness, reclaim their voice, take back their power, and unapologetically create the life they desire personally and/or professionally. I am ready and going to get uncomfortable to keep growing! Let's do this!!! 💪🏻
