WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR?
Most people wait until everything is ready before they start. The foot isn't right. The course isn't finished. The timing isn't perfect. I'm building The Arena on a hurt foot and filming videos this weekend anyway. Not because I have it together. Because waiting for ready is just fear with a better excuse. What are you waiting to be ready before you start?

I’ve started, but today’s long run is inspired by Rachel Entrekin! Holy cow! That being said…. I’ve learned that you can’t wait for perfect conditions. Because there really isn’t such a thing. Ideal, maybe, but perfect, never. You can actively find something to slow you or deter yourself.

Everyone’s goals and such are amazing and very direct! Congrats to you all! Continuous Improvement. In all of my life facets. Physically/mentally faster and stronger. I know it isn’t a super specific thing but that’s partially because I always have things going on, that are increasingly difficult. But the continuous improvement of both can get me there.

The big thing is 100 mi in December. But I also have multiple things building to that, ie, (12 hour, 2 - 50 mi, 50k, BERLIN!! Eek! Space coast)
