Today, I had several appointments... I was able to help one of my existing clients add to their investment account... right after that, I had to make one of those difficult calls to tell a client that I just don't have a solution for their problem that will fit within their budget... then I had a meeting and developed a new client... then I was developing a connection with a new business owner to see how we can refer to one another. While I was on that zoom, my daughter came home from work with her arm in a sling, announcing that she needed to go to urgent care, but, not just any urgent care, but an orthopedic urgent care. Because I work for me, I just wrapped up the zoom, and we jumped into the car and off we went. She's being seen right now while I'm in the waiting room... she didn't want Dad to come back with her lol. Which leads me to how blessed those of us who run our own businesses really are. We get 100% control over every aspect of our lives.. when we work, when we're off, where we travel, how hard we want to work, how we can show up for our families. Remember these things when we are facing those daily challenges.... Hope this helps someone in some small way
