Yessss! Iam finding changing “the narrative” has been a challenging process. Something new that feels like it may be helping is to focus on affirming to my nervous system that iam safe. When im in flow state.. I can see the angle im looking for and remain in control of my own self in that moment… I seem to reach capacity and then i tap out entirely… not without a catalyst mind you… and that can take days for me to bring myself back to centre… needing to do things insmall gradual action steps - from there is maintenance (not sure what I’m missing here) to keep me from completely tapping out ever. Iam aware this is a cycle I have myself in…
