This isn’t really a recipe, but a delicious find. If you like the edamame you get in the restaurants, you’ll the frozen edamame at Costco. It contains 12 individual size bags, just enough for one or two servings at a time. 2-1/2 minutes in the microwave, add a pinch of sea salt and it’s an amazing snack loaded with 12 grams of protein! And it’s organic!
