Great, the members are fantastic and both coaches have been nothing but genuinely helpful and sincere. I feel like this is a safe and supportive space where we can all practice being gentle, positive and kind to ourselves and each other as we all are aiming towards very similar lifestyle and health goals.  I wish my work schedule would allow me to join the walks/calls/workouts live but I'll make the best out of what I can either way!
