Some call it Mongolian Beef, Chilli Beef - Basically its think slices of beef with Leeks or sliced onion. Sauce is Oyster Sauce, Garlic, Ginger, Dar Soy Sauce, Light Soy Sauce, Salt & Pepper. Wok Fry everything, a little corn starch slurry to thicken the sauce and Boom... Chilli's optional
