Is there something you are struggling with this week? Is there digital data that is overwhelming and frustrating and you need insight on how to get started? This is moving week for me, my struggle is making sure we have everything ready for the movers to pack and to make sure they don't pack something we need to take on the ride to Illinois. A lot of thoughts going on.

We talked about the following: - I want to create a check-in for my business/personal life that I can update either daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually. I can then upload it to AI and have it give me a summary, goals/intentions for the following quarter, year, etc, or what I need to work on, etc - While using AI ask it to be my business and/or life strategist - Use AI to come up with goals/intentions for 2026 - Jen gave an AI prompt that she used to reflect back on 2025 and what to prioritize in 2026
