Basil harvest!
I took my basil plants down by a third today, and I am making pesto, basil vinegar, and basil salt!

@Megan Webb the pesto and salt are great and the salt is super easy. The vinegar takes a few weeks so we shall see. 🤞

@Megan Webb You are so right I’ve been obsessed with sourdough toast, a slice of an heirloom apple and a little bit of basil salt. I’m pretending that includes all four food groups lol
