I have been doing self care Sundays since last week of 25. Ive made a focus board, busted out color pens and started my crystal and sage journey. I started off writing 3 to 4 things I wanted to accomplish. Journaling, a nature walk, coloring, face mask etc. Then end of night I would reflect and journal with a crystal in my hand or besides me. My self care Sundays have my focused and ready for the week ahead
