🚀 🎤 Stop Sending Boring Text Messages to Your Leads (This Changes Everything!)
We all know following up with leads manually is like watching paint dry. But what if you could send personalized VOICE NOTES that actually get responses? I mean, who doesn't love hearing their name in a friendly voice, right? 🔥 The Game-Changing Solution I built this insane automation that connects your CRM + ElevenLabs + WhatsApp and basically turns you into a lead-nurturing machine. Here's what this beast can do: ➡️ Watches ANY CRM for new leads automatically (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, you name it) ➡️ Analyzes their industry to pick the perfect tone ➡️ Generates personalized voice scripts using AI ➡️ Creates natural-sounding voice notes with ElevenLabs ➡️ Sends them directly via WhatsApp Business API ➡️ Can switch to Twilio for SMS if needed 🎁 Want to steal this automation? You can grab the template here: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1SN20LIC7YxxXjLXTwmV1VqH55qkxqiMV/view?usp=drive_link Here's how to set it up: ➡️ Connect your favorite CRM to watch for new contacts ➡️ Set up the tone analyzer to match industry vibes ➡️ Configure the AI voice memo writer for personalization ➡️ Connect ElevenLabs for premium voice generation ➡️ Link WhatsApp Business Cloud API for delivery ➡️ Test with a few leads and watch the magic happen 💰 This Voice Note Revolution Works With Every CRM For every 100 leads, this automation can handle personalized outreach that would normally take you 3-4 hours of manual work. Whether you're on HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Monday, or even a custom system - this baby adapts to whatever you're using. If you could automate one tedious sales task forever, what would it be? Voice notes hitting different for anyone else, or is it just me being obsessed with efficiency again? Let's hear your thoughts — drop them below! ⬇️

Voice notes feel so much more personal than text - especially in a world drowning in automated messages. Have you noticed any patterns in which industries respond best to this approach? I'm thinking about implementing this for our coaching services but wondering if it might come across differently than, say, in tech or retail. Any insights on tailoring the tone for different types of businesses?

@Theresa Shin , I love your perspective on 'native indigenous output' becoming more valuable as AI proliferates. Yea.. the lowercase acronyms really gives off authenticity. It's like we're unconsciously signaling 'human here!' Jake, building on this, have you tested response rates when the voice notes have intentional imperfections versus perfectly polished delivery? Sometimes a slight pause or 'um' might actually increase trust because it signals genuine human creation rather than AI generation. I know I'm already thinking about this or editing some generated text even with this topic in mind.
🚀 Meeting Prep (NEW Make.com Template)
Let's be real for a second here... We've all been there. Someone books a call, and you're scrambling around LinkedIn like a detective trying to piece together who they are, what they do, and how the heck you can help them. Meanwhile, you're also trying to look professional while secretly Googling their company 5 minutes before the call starts. Sound familiar? Yeah, I thought so. 🔥 Here's How I Turned Meeting Prep Into My Secret Weapon I found this insane automation that basically gives you a personal research assistant who never sleeps. The moment someone books a meeting, this thing goes to work: ➡️ Grabs all their details from the booking (name, business, whatever they shared) ➡️ Uses AI to deep-dive their company, recent news, and market context ➡️ Researches their competitors so you know the landscape ➡️ Organizes everything into clean, structured data ➡️ Writes a personalized pre-call email that actually sounds human ➡️ Creates visual diagrams showing exactly how you can solve their problems ➡️ Saves everything so your team can access it too 🎁 Want this automation working for you? Grab it here: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1b06JlGNu-QAUposo48hEEgPPVOhzurAq/view?usp=sharing Here's how to get it running: ➡️ Download the automation template from the link above ➡️ Connect it to your calendar booking system ➡️ Set up the AI research parameters for your industry ➡️ Customize the email templates to match your voice ➡️ Configure the visual diagram generator ➡️ Test it with a dummy booking to make sure everything flows 💰 This Thing Pays for Itself in Like... One Good Call Think about it - instead of spending 30-45 minutes scrambling to research each prospect, this handles it all automatically. That's hours back in your week, plus you show up looking like you actually know what you're talking about (because you do). It's like having a research team that works 24/7 without asking for coffee breaks or vacation time.

Jake, this is gold! I've been using a much more primitive version of this that just pulls LinkedIn info, but adding the competitor research and diagram generation takes it to another level. For anyone who hasn't implemented something like this yet - the pre-call perception shift alone is worth it. I've had prospects literally say "wow, you really did your homework" which immediately builds trust. Quick question - does your template handle international businesses well? Sometimes I find the AI research struggles with non-US companies.
GHL And Prospecting Automations
Q and TIA: Does anyone on here use GoHighLevel - and have automated the prospecting sequence?

Just catching up on this thread - I see where the GHL prospecting hit a roadblock for your coaching business, @AmiLynne Carroll. Have you considered using a different approach that combines simple email automation with more personalized video messages? For spiritual direction work, I've seen coaches create powerful connections by sending a short, authentic Loom video after someone downloads a resource. You could automate the initial touchpoints but keep the spiritual essence intact. The automation handles the timing while you provide the genuine human connection which I imagine is essential for trauma work.
🌙 Sacred Automation: Freeing Energy to Love, Lead & Lift Others
✨ Hello Fellow Trailblazers! ✨ My name is AmiLynne but my friends call me Babs 🦋 (short for Bad Ass Butterfly). I hope you'll call me Babs, too! I’m so grateful to be here in this vibrant corner of possibility and progress! I joined this AI & Automation Mastery SKOOL group because I know, deep in my bones, that leveraging AI isn’t just about efficiency — it’s about freeing up precious energy for what really matters: meaningful connection, authentic service, and scaling impact without burning out. A bit about me: I’m a stroke survivor and quadriplegic, which means every ounce of my daily energy is precious — and every repetitive task I can automate directly fuels my ability to keep showing up fully for the people I serve. So for me, automation isn’t a nice-to-have — it’s an absolute necessity to build and sustain the mission I’m called to lead. My vision for using AI and GPTs is to weave them thoughtfully into every layer of my business — from first hello to lifelong membership. Here’s jus some of the way I’m hope to put these powerful tools to work: ✅ Prospecting & Outreach: Filling my programs and rooms with aligned, viable members — using AI to help identify, qualify, and spark genuine conversations that convert. Primarily I use IG/FB/LI to prospect from - I am trusting there is a straightfoward way to use AI to cut the time this task takes by large percentages. ✅ Onboarding & Admin: Automating the repetitive admin so new members feel welcomed, guided, and supported from Day 1 — without me or my team reinventing the wheel each time. ✅ Day-to-Day Communications: Keeping my community nourished and connected with smart, human-sounding AI support — so every member feels seen, heard, and cared for, even as we grow. At the end of the day, I see AI and automation not as cold tech, but as sacred helpers — freeing up my mind, heart, and body to do the work that only I can do: supporting people’s growth, healing, and expansion. I’m here to learn from all of you, share what’s working, and build systems that don’t just save time — they expand what’s possible for everyone we serve.

Hi Babs! Your mission sounds incredible. The community care automation piece is fascinating.. keeping that personal touch while scaling is such a challenge. Are you thinking about AI-assisted responses or more about automated check-ins and resource sharing?

Intro
Save me time with outreach on FB
Hey folks, my name’s John. I’m a futures day trader, and I work about 30–60 minutes a day trading capital from proprietary firms. Basically, I take online challenges (they cost around $50), and when I pass, takes about (2weeks) I get access to $150K–$300K of someone else’s trading capital. Every morning, I trade that capital across multiple accounts and typically earn between $2K–$5K in under an hour using my system. Now, here’s why I’m sharing this: I’m not selling anything. I’m not building a course. I’m not launching some high-ticket offer. I just want to give back and offer a simple opportunity to my Facebook friends and extended network—for free—as long as you follow a few basic rules. It’s essentially a copy-trading service. All you need to do is: 1. Respect the rules of execution I’ve spent years crafting 2. Buy a prop firm account from any reputable company (this goes to a company like apextraderfunding.com for example) 3. Show up to my Zoom sessions and press the button when I say so That’s it. Just follow the structure, execute with discipline, and you’ll get to piggyback on a system that works. All that being said, hopefully this program will help me automate that outreach and grow my group. Feel free to let me know what videos and or lessons i should skip to to make that singular goal happen! Cheers

Welcome, John! Your trading setup sounds impressive. I'm an amature in that world but if that's how much you're pulling in such a short time frame.. I know thats solid! For Facebook outreach automation, have you considered starting with lead scraping from trading-related groups first? Seems like that would give you the most targeted audience for your copy-trading offer.
