That was a great get together this morning of our Tuesday group. Good discussion on passing into the light. All that extra info from Council last week so appreciated. Then we joined in each other's powerful positive intents to bring their desires into being, finishing with laughter and joy, dancing in an energetic circle . Missed the lovely Heather and Louise but know girls you are having a great time.

In our VIP Spiritual Guidance Group, we've been touching on a vast amount of knowledge. In amongst it all is knowing how to connect it all together through the breath. Kuthumi shared the 'Comma Breath' as he calls it a few years ago, and since then, @Heather Leigh has found various links in YouTube that may help all of us. So I am sharing that here.
