Something I’ve noticed after working with business owners across different industries is that the ones who eventually build something sustainable usually have one thing in common: They genuinely care about what they’re building. They care about their customers. They care about their reputation. They care about their team. And they care about getting the business right. But caring about the business doesn’t mean you should be the person handling every follow-up, admin task, customer message, or operational detail. That’s where a lot of good businesses get stuck. The owner becomes the person everyone depends on, even when systems and automation are already in place. I’ve always believed the right support isn’t about finding someone to simply “do tasks.” It’s about finding someone who can take ownership of the work and treat the business with the same level of care. Whether you’re building an eCom brand, growing a service business, or using AI to scale your operations, that human execution layer still matters. Systems create leverage. The right people make that leverage actually work. 💯

Hello everyone! My name is Jacques, and I’m located in Kennedale, Texas. I am the Founder and Executive Director of Operation Next Step, a veteran-focused nonprofit organization dedicated to connecting veterans, transitioning service members, and their families with resources and support. I joined to continue growing as an entrepreneur and leader while improving my financial knowledge. I want to learn more about building wealth, investing, managing money, and creating long-term financial stability. My financial goal is to build a strong savings foundation, begin investing consistently, and become more financially stable. My biggest business goal is to secure contracts and begin developing a veteran housing program through Operation Next Step to help veterans in need i plan to contribute by sharing the resources, connections, and knowledge I gain through my work with veterans and the nonprofit community. I also want to support other members by networking, making useful connections, sharing opportunities, and helping wherever my experience or resources can be valuable.
