Hi dr Ty, I’ve been delving into your content (good stuff!) and I noticed that you advocate for quite a large TRT dose of 2500mg per month in order to get levels between 2000 - 3000 ng/dl. That’s a quite unique approach which honestly intrigues me. I’ve read studies supporting the fact that 600mg test weekly is tolerated quite well in men, but you hardly ever see this recommended by any TRT professional. Some would even state this to be a body building cycle. I would love to learn more about your views in this matter. What brought you to this protocol and why is it superior In your view (contrary to other protocols for example 200mg per week)? How do you manage overall health and androgen fatigue on these doses? Hi Dr Ty, I’ve been on TRT for 2 years now and have been feeling great. I take good care of my health and sleep, nutrition and exercise are a priority for me. Just watched one of your videos on YouTube called TRT myths. The one thing that my doctor keeps zooming in on is my elevated hematocrit of 58%. He states that this is way too high and can be dangerous. I was somewhat confused when watching your video, where you state that there is no evidence for this to be an issue and that a high hematocrit is of no concern. I very much would like to read up on this subject in order to understand it better and to figure out for myself what science actually states. Could you point me in the right direction with regards to scientific papers and literature? Thanks in advance for taking the time to answer my question.
