What are your habits of thinking?
"To be real, genuine, and authentic without the need to impress, pretend, feel shame or fear. This is the most difficult task in our mortal existence and the highest level of maturity." --Robert Hartman, PhD Isn't that the highest aspiration--to be real, genuine, and authentic? Unfortunately, through our genetics, environment, social upbringing, and choices, we may have reinforced habits of thinking that operate under the radar and inhibit our ability to achieve everything we desire. I was a psych major, and I've taken many personality assessments. I recently took one that I found to be quite profound. It's called HabitFinder Health, created by Dave Blanchard. The assessment is free and involves ranking 18 phrases to identify your habits of thinking related to mental creation, personal fulfillment, and self-worth. The assessment includes a webinar with Dave to learn more about the results. If you are ready to explore your thinking patterns (especially around health), I encourage you to take the assessment. If you do, comment with your overall habit score. Mine is 71/100.
