Is someone that is SEVERELY mentally challenged and commits horrific crimes, a bad person?🤷‍♂️ I’ve been watching a documentary about some of the worst people in existence and a lot of them are extremely mentally ill. Do their crimes make them bad people or are they sick and don’t know the difference?
