This week, I have been giving my best but felt like it was not enough. I was not seeing the results I had set for myself. Rather than getting discouraged, I sought out my mentors and ultimately realized that my best sometimes is not enough and that it needs to get better. I reviewed data from this year compared to last year and figured out what I was doing last year versus what I am doing this year. I saw that I had completely flipped lead sources. Rather than flipping lead sources, I realized I should work on all of them and expand on each one. It is during times when we feel down that we notice changes need to happen. Welcome challenges and be grateful. Problem: I was not structured with my calling schedule for each lead source. Solution: I created a structured schedule for cold calling each lead source! Two listings taken yesterday! Let's go!
