You'll need to first be sure of which versions you want and delete the rest. As for automagically doing it... by hand will ensure you don't kill the wrong songs.
Copy Cue Points to another Song?
Hello everyone. Can anyone tell me how I can copy cue posts and paste it into another song? Thanks in advance!

I am not sure you want to do that to different songs, even if it is possible. For instance, other than the intro beat at 0.00, a cue point at 1:10 will point to different sections of songs that aren't exactly similar.
MP3 Tag Editor
What program is best to use to edit batch files that find all the relevant information pertaining to each song?

@Thomas Ormond Yes. For all newcomers you can make bulk changes in how you want your files or tags names. I'm very plain jane and use "Artist" - "Track Title" in how I want my mp3s named. In the tags is where all the fun happens. I have artist, title, album, year, genre, comment, file location, SampleInfo, and artwork. In my comment, I have modifiers that I use to make Smart Crates from, like, "[INSTRUMENTAL], [COVER], [ENERGY], [BALLAD], [SCRATCH TOOL], [ORIGINALS], [LOOP]" and others. I need those comments because a song might be in my genre "R&B (2010s)

Sorry.. hit enter :( I need those comments because a song might be in my genre "R&B (2010s)" but be a ballad. A Smart Crate will sift all my Ballads into a crate I can dig through in a moment and independent of genre. Same with cover songs... I can find if I have a cover of a song I'm currently playing quickly... Mp3Tag makes all that very easy to set up. Have fun,.

I’m making myself a case study—I’m completely revamping my music library. Right now, I have 218,894 music files, taking up approximately 1.4TB of storage. I know there are tons of duplicate tracks in there, so please, no judgment 😂😂😂. The reason I’ve accumulated so many tracks is that I often forget I already have a song and end up downloading it again. Plus, when I had a 6-hour Friday night residency, I always feared running out of ideas or tracks to play. Carrying an extensive library made me feel secure, even though I never played everything on my hard drive. That habit of over-preparing before a gig led to a messy and disorganized collection. Now, I’m finally trimming my library. If I ever run into issues, that’s what Tidal is for—though I know it can act up sometimes. My days of plugging in an external hard drive are over; from now on, I’ll only use the music stored on my internal drive. This will force me to stay on top of my music library organization. The Plan: 1️⃣ Scan for duplicates and delete them all. 2️⃣ Organize the remaining files properly. Let’s see how this goes!

@Thomas Ormond Would trimming by genre or year help you? You know...1980-1990, then maybe trim your New Jack Swing songs (this is only an example)...
Three (Thousand) Is The Magic Number!
What is your magic number of songs in your DJ library? In your DJ software? What are you aiming at? Every time I think about it, 3000 pops up. I want 3000 songs in my DJ library, and that's it. When new songs are added, others have to give, and get removed. How did I get to that? I have a wall full of CDs, 2000 of which are cd singles that are sorted and about another 1000 on the floor which still need to be sorted. Never, ever, ever, have I thought of any song that I wanted to play at anytime which wasn't either on the shelf or on the floor. Some of these CDs I never even used. So apart from the odd requested song, that we can access easily online, how many different songs do we need? I'm going to say, around 250-300 that we always use, and a few others that we move around. As a guess, I'm gonna say, I can do most of my events with almost the same 1000 songs, if I handpick every song that need to stay in my library or someone told me you can only pick a 1000 songs. So I'm thinking if I then look at each song and add an extra 2 songs that will go with that one song, this will probably end up being a very solid DJ library. What are your thoughts? What's your goal?

There are songs that I will DJ with and those that are deeper that I will use on mixes. Some are specialized like deep 60s and 70s funk, Library music, and others that I want in Serato for those purposes but in their own folders.

@Thomas Ormond do you plan to keep them aside or are they gone forever?
