🧭 Deep Dive Workshop: Trust Your Inner Knowing 📅 Tuesday, December 16 | 11:00 AM ET
So much of life’s confusion comes from too much noise. inside and out. In this gentle, spacious deep dive, we’ll slow things down and explore how to reconnect with the quiet inner knowing that’s already guiding you. We’ll begin with a short settling meditation, have a few meaningful conversations, and then move into a simple guided exercise designed to help you let go of mental noise and see what clarity might naturally arise. Before we meet: Consider one area of your life where you’d love a little more clarity. Maybe something you’ve been thinking about, going back and forth on, or just not quite feeling settled with. You don’t need to solve it ahead of time. Just bring it with you. Being there live is wonderful, but if you can’t make it, the session will be recorded so you can watch it later. Come as you are. No pressure to share. Just a chance to listen inward and see what’s already there. Looking forward to being together. The link to join is in the calendar.

🕊️ A Knowing Moment — What Brings You Alive

Thank you Rick. This is yet another great question. Today, I am reflecting on the concept of how I can guide my students towards better outcomes. Brace yourself, I am building a releasing break into every aspect of what I am designing for myself. I heard you years ago and finally truly embrace it. I release my expectations for my students before every interaction to ensure that I am not projecting my expectations onto them. Suddenly, my students are calmer and more focused, and capable of learning more. I guess that means I am focusing on a season of deep releasing. Wants are like weeds in my mental garden. And, they also serve a purpose, so maybe they are wild plants?

@Rick Solomon thank you. I have an excellent guide and my travel companions are pretty spectacular. My wonderful wife and awesome boys help me see when I am taking myself and life too seriously. As I am releasing, I realize how my ego can get in the way of building emotional space for learning. You demonstrated this for years, thank you. I am now internalizing it fully. Results are zmazing.
🕊️ A Knowing Moment: Reflecting on Your Season
✨ Reflection helps reveal what the season, the “what is", has been teaching you. Even small insights can shift everything. Reflection: What did this week show you about your season?
