List of DSCR lenders
Is there any resource that shows lenders for residential and commercial lenders you work with on these deals. I've only been able to find 2 for second position liens allowed in commercial. My main DSCR lender was very specific about not allowing either a land trust or second lien, so I'm looking for more. So far I'm aware of Levine, but looking for a running list.

@Sara Larson id love that. After one day of sending out LOI I was like 0/6 but one lead to another..: so now I’m trying to get ahead of the lending issue. 707-972-4484 or [email protected] lets connect. I’m free except Sunday

@Sofia Harrison not ones where lenders were mentioned. Seems like they were discussing stories and underwriting Which one should I watch?
Operating agreement foreclosure clauses
When discussing with the sellers the recourse steps to reclaim ownership, would they have to wait the state statutes foreclosure period or is this something you have to clarify in the agreement, like 1-9 payments, etc. Typically you’d have 1-4 month period Notice of default then 2-3 month notice of trustee sale, then 21 days to auction. I saw mention of this but then I wondered … how many would trip an action.
