What was your biggest hurdle (obstacle) you had to face when starting with this system or any other system you've used or are currently using?!!

I think at one point the FCC (at least I think this was the agency) had a ban on advisors using robo callers (AI) to book appointments etc. Is that still this case or have the rulings changed? I remember a couple of years ago I was looking into this and training my voice AI then the industry had a halt on it. Anyone know or heard similar rumblings? If so was/is there a current workaround?

I am interested in learning more about this group and what it has to offer.
