Weekend
Money
How much money did you spend on alcohol when you were drinking heavy? I was probably spending about $15-20 a day probably around $500 / month What did this cost me ? How many times did I apologize? How many times did I say no to certain family and friend events? Was this selfish? What about my health when I wasn’t at peek? Think about all the things you can now do? You may even make more money as a result of clearer decisions. If it controls you let it go.
Before and after
This was me in June 2023. (Blue shirt) From the outside, life looked pretty good. We had just started our solar business. I was showing up for work and taking care of responsibilities. What most people didn't know was that I drank alone almost every day just to feel normal. I wasn't celebrating—I was escaping. This is me today. (this week actually/family pic) I'm not perfect, but I'm two years alcohol-free and far more present with my wife, my family, and my life. Quitting wasn't just about removing alcohol. I had to repair my body, learn why I was craving it, and stay connected with people who understood what I was going through. That combination changed everything. 4th of July I was drinking a Kava drink. lol. If you're just getting started—or you're wondering if life can actually get better without alcohol—I hope this community gives you hope. You're not alone, and you don't have to figure it out by yourself. I'd love to hear where you are in your journey.

@Joan Throop It's amazing how short of time it takes to recover from years of drinking, but I did everything they recommeneded. If they mentioned it, I bought it. My goal is to finish everything I have until I try the next supplement. That being said, I just ordered me some Mitocore. Stuff's awesome.

You can repair youself fast, but the relationships will take time and there isn't a supplement you can take for that. That's why our group discussions are the 2nd piece to all of this.
