It was awesome getting to meet many of you in Phoenix a couple weeks ago! I wanted to share some data that will hopefully prevent others from making the same mistake. I launched back in November and ran some fake buys, mostly in a 3-day period. These purchases were made through an JoinBrands affiliate's video. It took just 1-2 weeks to receive the violation. I'll be relaunching and spreading out the test buys over a few weeks, while also pushing ads to get a better mix of organic purchases. At this point my account and listings are still active, but my settlements have been suspended and seller support says they've made a final decision. Hopefully this is helpful. Happy selling!

I have a $5 product and I want to unlock the $2,000 GMV level. At $5 I'd need to get 400 purchases per week, which would take 20-25 people. That's too many to do with just family and friends. Should I raise my price from $5 to $20 on one day of the week, and do all the buys on that day? (Kind of the reverse strategy on the flash sales for the giveaways). Any other thoughts on how to overcome this?

Hey guys, My TIKTOK SHOP just got deactivated last night. The shop closed and we are unable to do anything in TikTok Shop because the account has been deactivated. We appealed last night and it got rejected. Reason - Shop Compliance Unusual Order Activity. What was done before getting the violation: 1. I Bought a TT account as our affiliate account last week. 2. I Sought help from the group to make a fake purchase from that affiliate account -> I messaged a few people from the purchase roaster - 5 or 6 of you purchased for me. (1 order -15~19 units) One of you purchased 2 orders. 3. Started receiving those fake purchases on November 1st 4. We sent out an empty package from our warehouse. I'm assuming the possibility of reactivating the account is low. What could be my next move? Start over i guess? Do (can) I just open up a new tiktok account? @Brian Kelsey @Robb Green

How do you handle resellers and protect your product from them? Is there a way?

I'm curious to hear how people are doing on running lives. We have 4 or so under our belt on our branded account and they seem to be doing well in boosting follower count as well as sales. Next week we are going to look at adding "Promoting" it via the ad console as well as the live console. Anyone tried this yet?
