Bitcoin Paychecks
Eric Adams (D) mayor of New York, who was known for taking his paychecks in Bitcoin, has dropped out of the Mayoral race. If he holds to it, he could make more over the long run than he could have made by continuing as mayor.

@Alex C yeah I think a lot of mainstream companies won’t even think about Btc as payment as that IMO would have another payroll person for these companies that understands the crypto ins and outs. Hey. There’s a job in the works. If anyone is an entrepreneur and has the capital to work it out. I’m game for some support. lol. I’m on disability and not working. Only 51 years old.

What wallet should you get if you’re new to Bitcoin?
I’d like to make some recommendations on this topic. There’s no one right wallet for everyone. But the best wallets will have a few things in common. Here’s a couple of the most important: 1. Bitcoin-only (simpler, safer) 2. Open source (anyone and everyone can look at the code and make sure it’s safe) What is your favorite Bitcoin-only, open source wallet?

@AP Wilcox yeah i agree. I am just waiting on some of my staking to be completed so i can get those funds into cold wallets so i can see how much i have put in to date. I have btc, eth, Pepe just for now. Just playing around with different things, but need to get all into one place on my cold wallets.

I have Tangem and it works well. I also got a ledger flex and got a little gift for that of $70btc. And I am still getting used to it. So I have Btc on both but my withdrawal from blockchain.com has finally reached my bank which was not what I wanted to do but that way I can close that account and never look back with them.

What’s the best exchange you’ve used to buy Bitcoin?
I am almost ready to run the $100 Bitcoin Buy test. I just need a couple of more exchanges to set up accounts on so that I can buy bitcoin from them in the test. I want one more bitcoin only exchange and one multi coin exchange. I will be, including several of the big multi coin exchanges in the test for comparison sake So, what is your favorite bitcoin only exchange to buy bitcoin from? And, what is your favorite multi coin exchange to buy bitcoin from?

Well i have some dilemmas from a previous ID theft I was involved in. So Strike, River, Cash App,, Crypto.com and coinbase are all ones i cannot use at all. So i have to be very careful with the ones i can use. Its pretty ridiculous that was over 4 years ago and nothing since. But I really think it was AI that denied it and responded to my support requests.
