WIN OF THE DAY 🧡 What’s one win you’ve had today — big or small?
I want this community to become a place where we celebrate progress, not just perfection. So today, I’d love to hear: What’s one win you had today? Maybe you: - took action even when you didn’t feel like it - asked a better question - got outside for a walk - worked on your dream - rested without guilt - had a hard conversation - showed up for yourself - made progress in some small way Big wins count. Tiny wins count too. Momentum is built through daily moments most people overlook. Let’s celebrate them together. 🧡

My “step one through…”achieved with the aid of AI and some automation. “Work smarter not harder.” -goal: replace recent lost income through one traditional and 2 new income streams but balance time so that family time is also protected. The new income streams cannot require working all night and day to achieve. -create a new list of how I can monetize my experience to do new things, -optimize ATS resumes and cover letters -secure interviews while creating an entrepreneurial plan and don’t overthink it. -take one small pleasure trip with loved ones while in the middle of this process so I don’t lose sight of what’s at stake.

Thank you. I agree. Family isn’t an addition or distraction from life, you could say they are the reason. Our spouse and children don’t want to feel like a side attraction. They want to feel like the main attraction. But everyone also understands that work is required before play. And we learn as much about life from work as we do our relationships.

A lot of people think they need more confidence before they start a new chapter. But often… confidence comes after we start moving. ✨ Better Question of the Day: If you fully believed your next chapter could be better than your last one… …what would you start doing differently today?

I completely agree. Add two points early in my career, learning opportunities were represented in most people backed away out of fear and lack of confidence. I’m someone who wants to nurture someone’s confidence level, but nurturing is not part of many business or career models. I began jumping in with both feet and volunteering myself right out of the gate, mostly to help me get past the anxiety of waiting. I always perceived the anticipatory anxiety was going to hurt me more than the result of me taking a courageous step. This has helped me tremendously in many ways.

Not every good day needs to be extraordinary. Sometimes the simple stuff matters most. ✨ Better Question: What’s one simple thing you’re looking forward to this week?

Grateful to have extra time to meet with someone who says he considers me one of his closest friends.

A lot of people think reinvention means blowing up your whole life. I don’t think that’s true. Sometimes it starts much smaller. One new decision. One honest conversation. One walk without distractions. One better question. “What do I actually want now?” Not what worked 10 years ago. Not what everyone expects. Not what feels “safe.” But what feels aligned with the person you’re becoming. The beautiful thing is… it’s never too late to ask a new question and build a new chapter from the answer. What’s one area of your life that’s asking for a fresh start right now?

“Never too late to ask a new question and build a new chapter from the answer.“ Multiple messages in one. Mixed metaphors. I like it.

Small moments matter too. Sometimes the best part of the day isn’t something huge… it’s the little thing that made you smile for a second. Today’s Better Question: What’s one small thing that has made your life feel better lately?

I’ve had an interesting transition phase thrust up upon me recently. Which was the catalyst for me reaching out to Tony and Dean and engaging in the A advantage summit. The things I’ve done in the past four weeks have taken half the time. That’s just the beginning.
