Trt
Hey all. So I just watched David's trt video and I agree with him. I am at synergynx and they don't do any more than once a week. Does anyone know any other options for daily injections and monitors blood work?

I've been daily microdosing Testosterone Cyp. for almost a year now after doing twice monthly IM injections for the previous 2 years. Best move I ever made. I inject 7 units SQ every morning and my levels have been spot on every time I get bloodwork done. No more peaks and valleys and no more sore muscle from the injection. Plus, doing a IM injection to yourself is hard(at least for me). It took a couple of months of bloodwork to get the proper daily dosage set but it's been perfect ever since. I actually use less than what was needed for the IM injections. I don't go to a clinic. My regular doctor has been great about working with me and endorses this protocol. It's been so successful he is now doing this with other patients. My wife is a nurse and has a "source" where I get it for $65 for a 10ml bottle that will last about 3 1/2 months. Great part is that by using my regular doctor, my insurance covers all the labwork.

I agree with Peggy. You need to up the dose to 250mcg. Also know that Dsip is not a one trick pony. You can't expect a whole lot the first night. 3 different trials of Dsip showed average normalized sleep structure after the 4th dose. Try it for a week and then decide if it is right for you. If you have a sleep monitor such as a Oura ring, like I wear, you can accurately track your sleep cycles and you will be able to see if it is working by noticing an increase in deep and REM sleep cycles.

@Ray Allen LOVE my Oura ring! Best fitness tracker I've ever used. I've been wearing it for over 2 years, Great data and I only have to charge it once a week. Plus, it's now FSA eligible.
How to start and what dosages?
I have Reta, Tesamorelin, Ghkcu, melanotan 1 and Dsip. I’m on my 3rd day sober and was curious what you guys think would be goood for me to start? I’m super micro dosing 🍄 as well it seems to help with the cravings for alcohol. Really trying to quit drinking permanently and lose 40lbs, lots of belly fat and internal bloating…

Congrats on starting your sober journey. I am 4 years and 4 months sober and loving every minute of it. Since Reta alone is not completely curbing your alcohol cravings, you may want to add low dose Naltrexone to the mix. Over the past year, many research studies have shown that combining Naltrexone with Reta greatly reduces the cravings and consumption of alcohol as well as the dulling the reward effects of alcohol. Naltrexone has been one of the most widely used drugs to treat alcohol/opiod addiction for over 30 years. It blocks the reward mechanisims in the brain that give you pleasure from drinking. Weight loss clinics have been combining low dose Naltrexone with Semaglutide and Tirzepatide therapy for years with good results. The latest studies combining it with Reta have shown even better results. Just food for thought.😎

Anyone tried Treasure coast yet?
I'm getting ready to order over $300 from Treasure coast, I just wanted to see if anyone else has used their Peptides and had good results with no reactions? I'm still a bit nervous about lack of endotoxin testing.

I bought $300 worth from them 2 weeks ago. Just started using some yesterday (Wolverine stack). We'll see how it goes.
