It has been a long, fun, stressful at times but what an amazing journey so far. Rhiannon and I are one step closer to our first Dan. I know the road only gets tougher both physically and mentally but I can only do the best I can do. I feel rather I know I have come leaps and bounds since my very first lesson. Im not sure if Master Demers or Master Ford will see this but thank you so much for not giving up on me especially and still encouraging and working with me. Rhiannon and I are very thankful to have all the support we have been blessed with from all our seniors and instructors. I know smiling is not technically traditional but honestly it is hard not to, even though Master Demers makes me so nervous, his passion for teaching is undeniable. So Thank you, especially to Mr Connolly for always taking the time to answer my questions and help me stay out of my own head. Thank you to Mr Ford for your precision in patterns and always taking the time to teach and correct us.

It’s over in less than 24 hours… Before the weekend ends… Let’s all do ONE (more) thing for yourself! I’m heading down to my “lab” For a leg workout! What will you do? Pushups? Deep knee bends? A walk? Do one more thing for yourself and share what you did below so you can inspire the rest of us!

First let me thank Master Diego Blanco and my father,, Brian Reid for attending! We just ran a test of our webinar room and the results are a bit mixed for me. It works and is easy but it does not seem to have moderator controls where I can make sure everyone keeps their cameras and mics off... So I will look into it but for now, please just be aware you may be on camera or on an active mic when you login! AND...There WILL be recordings available that are posted here!
