I really like how relatable you come across. I really appreciate the deliberate and defined the steps are that you outline in the lessons with the weekly and daily task/questions/goals. Have worksheets seem like a great idea as well. The scoring is such a good add in, I can see people struggling not sure where they would be on the depression spectrum. I would imagine that some would either think they are doing better or worse than they really are. I like the accountability follow-up. I hope you can reach those who are in need of help.
