Bio: I am 66 years young, mother of 5, grandmother of 1, soon to be 2. My husband is type 2 diabetic.

Bio: I am a LEAD Coach with No Sugar Nation. I enjoy pickleball, walking and hiking. Indoor activities I enjoy are quilting, reading and watching TV.
