Hello, I am a very active 68 year old lady just Dx with breast CA. Complete shock as I am so very fit, eat clean -- thought I did all the right things. Have surgery in just a few days for total mastectomy. That is best choice for me as I live rural and cannot keep fussing over lumps and reconstruction. This buys me time as now I will want to insure I get after any left over stem cells. I still may get chemo recommended --
