Here in Australia, retailing has been in a decline, some areas faster than others. Since Covid and now this global war thing, it’s been the change none of us really wanted. Ive had over 40years experience in retail, whether in a store, owning my own fashion store, and working as a rep selling to retail stores. Over the years I won best customer service awards, I became a Personal Stylist, I learnt how to make sausages and so much more. Working in retail, if you put the work in you can find it very rewarding. I have ideas that would be very helpful for retailers. We are moving interstate next week and will be in Cessnock on the 16th where we will be living. It's going to be a huge change for my husband especially as he has never moving to another state before. I'm looking forward to it as I will be near my eldest son and by end of year my other son will be living closer too.
