Going to be super vunerable but I need help. My struggle with GLP/GIP is the fact that I am so careful with medications in general and try to only take them truly when crucial - I am surrounded by pharmacists and doctors who tell me to be careful with meds and their long term/adverse side effects. Plus the fact that for so long I told myself I wanted to lose the weight on my own but I haven’t been able to sustain it or keep it off for long . I also worry about being dependent of anything for the rest of my life . I hear the benefits and the new research and have been watching Tash’s videos and reading the other ladies results and how it shifted for them and I love it and it gets me excited; however, when it comes to me , I feel guilt and shame for wanting to do it for me and feeling like I failed or wasn’t strong enough to lose the weight on my own. Can you ladies please help me see it differently or provide any guidance .

Actually I was approved by my doctor for GLP aka ozempic (was another option but a bit much expensive here in Canada.) But As I already started with the peptides drop I was wondering if I should wait to finish with this before going claim my prescription or can I do both at the same time.
