Why this matters: - Too many players say “I play midfield” or “I’m a striker” but don’t actually know what that role demands - Development gets sloppy when players train random skills instead of position-specific qualities - This document shows the technical, mental, physical, and tactical traits your child should be building based on where they play What players should do: - Find your primary position - Read the traits carefully - Ask yourself honestly:“Which of these am I strong at?”“Which of these am I missing?” This is how we train smarter.This is how gaps get exposed.This is how real improvement starts.
