Unfortunately, I’ve been feeling a bit under the weather and extremely exhausted, so I’ve been taking things a little slower and giving myself a day or two to rest and recharge. As much as I love showing up here every day, I’ve learned that sometimes we need to listen to our bodies and allow ourselves the time to recover. The good news is that I’m already starting to feel a little better, and I’ll be back to my usual self very soon. Hey everyone, just wanted to keep you all updated. As you all know, my aunt was recently diagnosed with cancer, but today she saw the specialist and was informed that it is stage 4 lung cancer, and that it has also spread to her bones. It’s been a very difficult day for our family processing this news, so naturally my focus needs to be with them right now. I may not be around much tomorrow, as I’ll be spending time with her and supporting my family. I always try to be present and show up for this community, so I wanted to be transparent with you all as to why I may be a little quieter than usual.
