Diving deeper within yourself on a day of love is a beautiful thing. Making the choice to choose yourself isn’t selfish but necessary, we often can quickly name who we love in our life whether it be friends family even our children but not even name ourselves. Let’s remember the importance that throughout life and what we have gone through, is to love ourselves in this beautiful experience. Much love and peace🙏

My take away from day 3? In order to grow one must have an open mind to question their own origin story. Maybe the person you are today isn’t really you but learned behaviors and conditions you absorbed growing up. Without those you can only wonder who it is you really are! For today’s assignment is to take courage to relive your past from an outer perspective. It may bring up emotions some good some bad, for some it may be uncomfortable but this is necessary! To grow out of your beliefs is like a snake that sheds its skin or a crab who outgrows its shell. Love the process look forward to the new you! Peace and love🙏

Today was a great 1st day got to see many people resonate with each others path and also hot seat coaching watching others be vulnerable and open up was a great experience round of applause and hope many of us find the growth and love that we seek!🙏
