I slept for 10 hours today exhausted from the work day yesterday. I went to school, then the gym, ate, and now I’m doing sauna + cold plunge for recovery. Love Kove Studio in NYC, this is where I hang out 1 time a week on my rest day so to speak. I highly recommend you recover hard, do everything you can to feel and operate at your best. Remember the business operates as well as you do. Take care of your mental health by journaling and talking with people, your physical health by going to the gym and playing sports, and your spiritual health by praying and being grateful for this beautiful life we’ve all been given.
