I’m currently doing CV, Probates, and Pre-fore while texting each owner using Google voice and calling using DealMachine Dialer since I don’t have to skip trace on there. How much easier and faster are you guys contacting sellers from using it compared to other softwares (if used) or even the free route like pulling gov lists and calling yourself. Looking to get it very soon to skip trace gov lists and triple dial + text blast + email blast!
