No way to tell you how much I love this place! The owners, the staff, and man, oh, man - the FOOD!!! Oysters, Shrimp, chowder, gumbo, crab legs.... I've tried it all..... Loved it all. Only open select hours (5-8) on Thursdays through Saturdays, and at times they have great acoustic acts playing music, as well. If you're a local - you already know, If you're visiting - you need to try them out. It's a real raw bar!!! No fried seafood here on the menu. There's already too many restaurants that offer that here everywhere anyway. Tailgate is special with its original decor - a warm mix of Car and Beach music history on the walls, and a FREE working 'Jukebox Playin' 45's'!!! I could go on all day about Tailgate, and some days I do!! Stop by this evening - a try will turn you into a regular!!! 'Oysters, Burgers, and Beer' - you'll find all three in one visit!!!
