Physique Update: June 6
Hi, guys! This is me in studio earlier this week. I had a major setback with my workout routine since taking an unexpected trip back to the US last month for family business. Last week I started training calisthenics in the park again with a group of hommies. So this is where I'm at now. Still have a long way to go, but feeling stronger than the past month. šŸ’Ŗ

1 week fitness update
I've been doing mainly pullups, pushups and some weight training in the exercise room in my neighborhood. Nothing too crazy or intense. This is where I'm at currently. Working on getting my arms, chest, shoulders and abs back into shape. šŸ‘Š

@Kyle Harper Thanks, Kyle. Nah, I don't have any idea how to track calories. Generally speaking, I need to gain weight, otherwise my face looks too thin on camera.
