Is anyone aware of when the classes will start for those who bought the packages from the recent classes? I must say that the 4-day classes were great, but I am struggling to get completely launched. When you eventually get help (after 5-days wait), the person is pleasant and helpful, but if you miss anything, you may have to wait another 5 days again. A bit frustrating, especially if you have never launched anything before.

You will be able to access them early next week. In the meantime, you can leverage the Buildy docs site https://docs.buildy.ai and our support staff for help. It does not normally take 5 days to receive an answer, and ticket volumes were very high last week.

questions about FB business setup
I have a couple of questions: First it doesn't look like the email is active yet so I don't want to add it to my FB sign up yet. when will email be active? Next, Bill says our email will be "hello@ourdomain" but I see "support@mydomain" in my management tab. I don't want FB's verification being lost if it should be support and not hello. Also, what is a cover photo? That was never explained. Thanks

@Kathy Thomson The email inbox feature is now live. You will find it on the Manage tab i in the "Domains & Email" section.

Also, when you create the email inbox, the address will be the hello@ address. A cover photo is what you will use to represent your business page on FB. You will be able to upload it when you are creating your page.

@Gwen Gould It's super easy to rebuild sites with Buildy. Just give it the URL for the existing site, tell it what elements you want to keep the same (e.g. logo, company name, any images or specific content) and watch it unfold right before your eyes... š

MANAGEMENT TAB ABBREVIATED - HELP!
i do not have all 4 beta tabs under the maqnagement tab. Mine stops at Contacts. Can someone on the team help me with this please/
