I made it to level 3!! Hello everyone, I am new to wholesaling, and very excited about the opportunities available. I've been on the real estate journey for 3 years now but haven't pulled the trigger on anything yet. I am an independent truck driver, and I transport hazardous chemicals. Working 10-12 hours a day makes it a little difficult to put the time in needed for wholesaling, so I invested in Xleads to try to minimize some time. I'm trying to navigate through and learn quickly. Any help would be appreciated. I would also be interested in JV partners. I'm in Baltimore, Md. Hats off to Rick and Zack for this community. I’ve done all the hard work of connecting with buyers in all 50 states. I’m constantly calling buyers from PPC generated list of those who fill out the forms and get submitted to our CRM. I’m currently working with Investors in FL and PA right now and I have access to their buy boxes. There’s also CA, TX, AZ, etc. We need to connect. If you already got the contract or want to 50/50 I can guide you through the steps if you are new. You got the contracts? I got the buyers!!!!! Let’s work……..
