๐Ÿ‘‹ Hi, Iโ€™m Jariee!ย
I live in Pakistan and I plan on making $7000 per month dispatching trucks. I want to get these 3 things from this course/community: 1. Real, practical know-how โ€” I want to understand the dispatching workflow inside out so I donโ€™t have to rely on guesswork. 2. Honest advice from people whoโ€™ve been in the trenches โ€” what works, what doesnโ€™t, and what mistakes to avoid. 3. Support and accountability โ€” I want to connect with people who push me to stay consistent and keep moving forward. For fun I like to do these 3 things: 1. Spend time with my three boys โ€” they keep me on my toes and remind me why I do what I do. 2. Write โ€” Iโ€™ve been a freelance writer for years and it still helps me think clearer and unwind. 3. Plan spontaneous family outings โ€” whether itโ€™s a quick picnic or a long drive, itโ€™s my way to reset and enjoy the moment. Fun poll for all of us dispatchers (or soon-to-be)! Be honest โ€” whatโ€™s your dispatching superpower (or the one you hope to master)?

@Harsimran Kaur Thankyou Harsiman, its a pleasure to be a part of such a warm and welcoming community!
๐Ÿ“ Step 2/5: How many hours/day of work to achieve $10,000/M as a Beginner?
Achieving $10,000 per month with a truck dispatching business as a beginner is an ambitious but attainable goal. It requires consistent effort, strategic planning, and a willingness to learn and adapt. Below is a detailed, step-by-step guide to help you understand how much work youโ€™ll need to put in daily and what actions to take to reach this target: ๐ŸŽฏ ๐Ÿ“ Step 2/5: Start Small and Build Momentum (Months 2-4) Once you have the basics (Step 1) down, itโ€™s time to start dispatching. Focus on building a client base and refining your skills. โฐ Daily Time Commitment: 6-8 hours (with pure focus) โœ… Actions: ๐Ÿ’  Find Your First Clients: Reach out to small carriers or owner-operators who may need dispatching services. Offer competitive rates or even discounted services to build trust. ๐Ÿ” 'You can use this Gill22 Cold Calling Script' ๐Ÿ’  Work Load Boards: Spend time on load boards (e.g., DAT, Truckstop) to find profitable client loads. Aim to book at least 1-2 loads per day initially. ๐Ÿ’  Communicate Constantly: Stay in touch with drivers and shippers to ensure smooth operations. Build a reputation for reliability and responsiveness. ๐Ÿ’  Track Progress: Keep a record of your earnings, expenses, and client feedback. Use this data to identify areas for improvement. โ“Why It Matters: Because itโ€™s where you transition from learning to doing, building real-world experience and client relationships. Establishing trust and consistency early on sets the foundation for scaling your business and achieving long-term success. ๐Ÿ“… Will Share Step 3 Tomorrow. Till then, Good Luck. ๐Ÿ“ Check Step 1 here. โš ๏ธ Disclaimer: I'm also a beginner in this community, but I have learned some basics online, and I'm sharing this knowledge here based on my online research.
