Hi loves, The recording from todays class is now available in the Classroom section for you to revisit and integrate at your own pace. I’ve also added access to my Year Long Shadow Work Embodiment Course and more of the like for anyone feeling called to deepen their energy work practice. You can explore the class materials and then book your 1:1 session with me (HERE) if or when you’re ready. Take your time, move with intention, and allow these teachings to unfold in your own rhythm. 🌿 With love, Lauren
